Once your purchase has been made, you should shortly receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders. 


Please note that we usually take 2-7 days to process mail order. Deliveries are tracked and signed for and we will provide this information to you when the shipment becomes effective. Prints and artworks are shipped very well protected in a hard tube.

Shipping is free. However, in international orders, please be aware that there is a possibility of you being charged customs fees depending on your country, which this is entirely out of María Álvarez E. ART control and you are responsible for paying any customs fees on your package.


All paintings, prints, and products are final sale. There are no refunds once the art has been shipped. If you made a mistake on your order, please email us at with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

We replace prints that have been damaged during the shipping process. If that is the case, please contact the artist at within 7 days of receiving the package. Damaged items must usually be returned to receive a refund or replacement. Replacement items are subject to availability at time of replacement. María Álvarez E. ART reserves the right to choose between a replacement or refund for the damaged item. When unwrapping the package, make sure you unwrap it carefully so as not to damage the artwork.

As we ship everything with tracking information, If an item becomes lost we will replace the item at our expense. However, if an item is shown as “Delivered” by the Postal Service, we will not replace that item or provide a refund. Please be sure your local postal carrier knows how to handle your delivered items if you cannot control items that are left on/at a door step, hallway or office.
