The series Projection was born as an abstract exploration of the different possibilities of the portrait. It is with this series that the leap in my work takes place in which I stop painting eyes, expanding the expression beyond the gaze, and searching in the gesture for the different faces of the same essential human being.
 
I close the series with this number X, having discovered with it most of the marks, strokes and concepts that define my pictorial style.
