The Prisma series emerged almost by chance during a free exploration of color. Starting from a very defined focal point, the light radiates in perspective giving shape to profiles that suggest streets and buildings.
 
In 'Prisma III' I wanted to go a step further and play with geometric shapes, less organic than in previous works, to discover new possibilities and also to express the hardness of the materials that make up the urban landscape. The tones are also much more intense and pure, evoking the vibrant activity of the city. To balance such intensity, the image is cut into the corners through softer, desaturated whites and blues.
 
It is all a play of strength and harmony. It was a moment of search and development that allowed me to discover variables about my painting and possible paths to follow, or not.
