'Apium' has always been one of my favourite drawings. There is something in the fall of the charcoal, in the suggestion of the yellow flowers, created with acrylic from simple abstract brushstrokes.
 
It is a drawing with a poetic sense, with a serenity truncated by the rawness of the black and white charcoal dust. A sense of longing and resilience in the face of rawness, in order to experience a second of beauty and plenitude.
