The shadow is one of the archetypes par excellence of the human experience. We all have a shadow that is hidden in the unconscious, containing all those aspects of ourselves that we do not recognize or that we reject.
 
And our subconscious is the same one that, while trapping us and guiding us down paths we do not want to go, frees us and allows the exuberance of our most primitive essence.
